Client Protection and Ethics Codes: Examples for Getting Started A number of organizations have already adopted either client protection or ethics codes and charters. The codes are generally an integral part of staff training and evaluation, and in many cases the codes are displayed in all branch offices. In some cases they are also communicated to clients as part of the loan disbursal process.
